You may have been running your bookkeeping business for a while now, but maybe it’s still not the business that you’ve always dreamed of. Starting a business is one thing. Actually running and growing it and shaping it to function as A BUSINESS (rather than just a glorified job) is quite another. Your business should be working FOR you. You should not be running around, doing everything, at the beck and call of clients, tired and frustrated. If you are at the level whereby you’ve had to take on staff or freelancers – this is particularly for you!

Mentoring Program

We’re running a mentoring program in 2019 for those select few who want to work on their business each week and get transformational results by 2020. Each week we’ll tackle 2 tasks on the list. You’ll get templates to give you a head start but you will have to put the work in. You will need AT LEAST one solid, clear day per week to work ON YOUR BUSINESS. Tasks will be set each Monday at 7pm GMT. It’s a 10-20 minute guided outline of what you need to do and HOW. This is recorded, so if you can’t make this exact time, its ok. You are given lifetime access to the material. Templates will be given where appropriate. Your job will be to customise what you’re given. Brand it to suit your business and start to implement the recommended changes. You’ll need internet connection with speakers.

There will be an opportunity for Q&A on the monthly accountability call which is scheduled for 9pm GMT on the first Sunday of every month. Inbetween emails will be answered daily.

At the end of the program, you’ll be asked to calculate your % again. If you do just a fraction of what you’re guided to do, it’s guaranteed you’ll see the results in your business. A small change, can make a BIG difference. When someone who has already walked the path can show you the way – the time saving value, the reduced stress level – is priceless.

If you want further information on joining the program – you can join at any time. We’re not looking for flaky people. This is a commitment. You will need to complete the material within 12 months. You can go at your own pace, but slow and steady wins the race. So it’s taking each aspect of our business, and improving it by at least one point, maybe even 3 or 4. It is doable. All the material is yours to keep. Your business is a living organism, which means that you can continuously strive to improve on it bit by bit well into 2020 and beyond.

The curriculum is the questionnaire. We have a sequence which we follow in order. The investment is £997 for the 12 month program. This is payable in advance. If you wish to pay in monthly installments, then it’s £125 per month. Debit / Credit card, BACS transfer or Direct Debit options available.
